Out of the three realtors I have worked with over the years, I had the best experience with Kevin Shin Team. Kevin and Amy were readily available and responded very quickly to any questions and gave good advice. They made things convenient for me by having docusign (electronic signatures) for most of the paperwork as well as providing people to stage, photograph, and fix any issues with the property. My property in Rancho Cucamonga was sold very fast and the entire process was smooth and efficient.

Before the property is listed: They get to work right from the first moment we met at the property by quickly and carefully surveyed the property with a genuine interest to learn about the property, they look for any potential inspection issues up front, and provide advice on things we could easily do to improve the presentation of the property. The open house generated successful turnout and multiple offers. They also tried to be there at every showing given enough notice. Amy always provided us with immediate updates at the end of each open house and an easy to read comparative summary of the offers received.Communication, whether it’s verbal, written or paperwork, is always timely, efficient, meticulous and courteous. They truly stand out when issues arise between buyers and sellers and deals almost fall apart. Kevin was able to give us pivotal guidance at that moment and they are able to renegotiate to put the deal back on track and follow through. Kevin Shin and Amy Oh were absolutely fantastic to work with. Kevin's initial presentation to my wife and I was spot on and proved they were experts in our neighborhood. He had his professional stager come to our house to make some decorating tweaks in an effort to tailor our decorating style more to what he thought the buyer would want to see. We went on the market on a Wednesday, had an open house 4 days later on Saturday, and by that Sunday morning, we had an offer that was $30, 000 over our asking price. Both Kevin and Amy made the process to sell our house extremely smooth and they were always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. They kept us informed every state of the way! The real estate market is frequently a referral driven ecosystem. So as I prepare to highly recommend Amy and Kevin (Team Shin!), let me start by saying that they were not referred to us. As a matter of fact, we did not seek referrals. Instead, we assessed the infinite amount of information on the web in our local market and chose to interview five (5) real estate brokers. We considered two teams. We chose Team Shin for a variety of reasons, none of which were predicated on the infinite amount of data mining, market analysis, whether or not they paid Zillow to be at the top of the search engine, etc. My spouse and I considered those tools as benefitting agents and their business models and not directly correlated to the sale of our home. It’s 2022….consumers will find your property through a variety of methods. We believed in a few simple foundational principals; price right, have a desirable product, market the strong suits of your property, generate traffic and let the market tell you what they’re willing to pay.Team Shin delivered on all these fronts. They were the last of the five teams that we interviewed. After an initial and inquisitive tour of the home, they provided recommendations regarding out property which included sprucing up our minimalist decor and a few minor landscaping touch ups. Most importantly, they immediately knew that in addition to an desirable open concept floor plan, our backyard would be the icing on the cake. They also provided sound guidance on pricing the home and validating a simply concept….give the market a nice, clean product and market will determine the valuation for that product. In our case, the market absolutely exceeded our expectations. I should also mention that they hosted a Saturday and Sunday open house which, in our opinion, generated amazing traffic and great offers. The Sunday open house was on Mother’s Day. We encouraged them to celebrate to which they responded by saying…”as soon as the open house if over”.The level of detail and attention that Team Shin put into preparing the home (coming soon pics, design guidance and marketing mailers) was second to none. Their extended support team (vids/photos/writer) were great at their crafts. In additional, Amy and Kevin guided us through the offers in a meaningful, simplistic manner. The communication was proactive on a consistent basis and immediate when reactive. They also brought forth a calm, confident and knowledgeable disposition. Now if you’re still here reading paragraph cinco of this review, you clearly see some value in what Amy and Kevin have to offer. If that’s the case, consider this your referral for A+ service. If you’re still here and you are going the interview route, consider this team an absolute must meet. If you’re still here because you receive their promotional mailers, consider investing in them just as they are investing in their services. Our mother passed away in November last year. We do not live in the area and knew it would be difficult in getting her home of 50 years prepared to be sold. The home needed to be emptied, painted, and had some garden and maintenance issues.We planned on interviewing several realtors in January but after meeting Kevin and Amy we were impressed enough to trust them with our parents’ home. Amy and Kevin made good suggestions for updating the home. They had a team of competent and fair vendors who Amy met with, organized, and oversaw. She had the house ready to go on the market, just as they predicted, by the end of March. We did not think that was possible but they did it.
