Kevin Shin and Amy Oh were absolutely fantastic to work with. Kevin's initial presentation to my wife and I was spot on and proved they were experts in our neighborhood. He had his professional stager come to our house to make some decorating tweaks in an effort to tailor our decorating style more to what he thought the buyer would want to see. We went on the market on a Wednesday, had an open house 4 days later on Saturday, and by that Sunday morning, we had an offer that was $30, 000 over our asking price. Both Kevin and Amy made the process to sell our house extremely smooth and they were always responsive to any questions or concerns we had. They kept us informed every state of the way! We were very satisfied with their performance and would highly recommend the Kevin Shin Team to any potential seller or buyer.

Out of the three realtors I have worked with over the years, I had the best experience with Kevin Shin Team. Kevin and Amy were readily available and responded very quickly to any questions and gave good advice. They made things convenient for me by having docusign (electronic signatures) for most of the paperwork as well as providing people to stage, photograph, and fix any issues with the property. My property in Rancho Cucamonga was sold very fast and the entire process was smooth and efficient.
